Di cosa hai bisogno 

Per usufruire del pagamento contactess ILA, basterà avere una carta  di credito, debito e ricaricabile contactless  che riporta il simbolo  , anche caricate digitalmente su smartwach e smartphone.

Come funziona 

Basta semplicemente appoggiare la carta (tap) al lettore presente sia nei totem ILA che in speciali validatrici a bordo di Volabus, Airlink e sulla linea 782 Santa Margherita  Ligure - Portofino.

Carte accettate

Sono valide tutte le carte di credito, di debito e ricaricabile contactless dei circuiti VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, VPay che riportano il simbolo e i dispositivi smartphone e wearables associati ai circuiti Visa e Mastercard (ApplePay, GPay e SamsungPay)

Totem ILA

I totem ILA sono presenti sul territorio urbano del Comune di Genova, a Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, a bordo di Volabus e Airlink, sulla linea 782 e presso la Ferrovia Genova-Casella (stazioni di Manin, Casella, Crocetta e Sant’Olcese).

Verifica del biglietto

Se si è effettuato il tap di validazione con  la propria carta, basta comunicare al personale di verifica  le ultime 4 cifre del numero identificativo della stessa. Se invece si è effettuato il tap con carta digitalizzata, basta comunicare le 4 cifre mostrate nella applicazione dove è stata registrata la carta (wallet digitale).

Per poter verificare tutti gli addebiti di ILA è possibile accedere al Portale del viaggiatore  oppure tramite il proprio conto corrente bancario. ILA applica automaticamente la miglior tariffa.

What you need

To take advantage of the ILA contactless payment, all you need is a contactless credit, debit or rechargeable card bearing the symbol  , also digitally uploaded to smartwachs and smartphones.

How it works

Simply place the card (tap) on the reader present both in the ILA totems and in special validators on board the Volabus, Airlink and 782 Santa Margherita Ligure - Portofino line.

Accepted cards

All credit, debit and rechargeable contactless cards of the VISA, MasterCard, Maestro,  VPay circuits bearing the symbol   are accepted.

Smartphones and wearables associated with the Visa and Mastercard circuits (ApplePay, GPay and SamsungPay) are accepted as well.

ILA totems

ILA totems are present on the urban area of Genoa, in Santa Margherita Ligure, in Portofino, on board the Volabus and Airlink service, on board the line 782 and at the Genova-Casella Railway stations of Manin, Casella, Crocetta and Sant'Olcese.

Ticket checks

If you made the validation tap with your own card, simply tell the verification staff the last 4 digits of the card's identification number. If, on the other hand, the tap was made with a digitized card, you can communicate the 4 digits shown in the application where the card was registered (digital wallet).

In order to be able to check all ILA charges you can access the Traveller Portal or via your bank account. ILA automatically applies the best fare.
