Price and usage
Volabus ticket costs 6 Euro per person, it is valid for a journey on Volabus service and 60 minutes on AMT Genoa network ( + 2 euro postage and handling for online purchases).

Genovapass costs 4,50 euro per person and it’s valid 24 hours ( + 2 euro postage and handling for online purchases).
The cost of both tickets includes 10% VAT, while the 2 Euro for postage and handling includes 20% VAT

DELIVERY
Postage and handing is 2 Euro. Your ticket will be sent via Priority Mail as per the address details provided. Delivery will take up to 6 working days.

USAGE

Volabus ticket is valid for a journey on Volabus plus a 60minutes journey on the Amt network ( buses, metro, public elevators and funicular railways, no Navebus), in the same day. The ticket must be validated at the start of the journey on Volabus and also on Amt network.

AMT GenovaPass ticket is valid on the AMT Genova network (escluded  Volabus) and urban Trenitalia network (Nervi, Voltri, Acquasanta and Pontedecimo) for 24 hours from the time of validation. The ticket must be validated at the start of the first journey.

If the validator is out of order/service, the passenger must:

• when on the Volabus or on AMT Genova network: note on the ticket the date, time and bus number
• when on the Trenitalia network: ask at the Trenitalia ticket office or staff on board to validate the ticket
